I use it for all plane travel

I have a little "cocktail" of things I do before getting on a plane, and Airborne is a foundational part of that. Planes are germ fields, with everything from spittle to feces to food particles everywhere. The air itself carries allergens. I've found with using a pre-boarding ritual I've been ill less upon arrival to work or vacation time. (Besides Airborne, I use Zircam tablets for immunity, Echinacea capsules, Zyrtec pills, a nasal immunity spray, eyedrops, a cold/flu throat spray, and once on board, antiseptic wipes - for arm, screen and tray, along with Purell for the hands.

taste great, low sugar and kills my breakfast appetite! Very Healthy choice.

I take one every morning before coffee. My wife does not and she has caught colds on airplanes when I have not. My skin is improving slowly with the vitamin C and I feel great. The formula has other beneficial ingredients too; Vitamin C is the biggie but also substantial doses of A , E, Zinc, manganese, selenium, magnesium, plus echinacea and ginger! Great way to start each day and they suggest 4 a day so I space them out late morning, afternoon and evening if I remember. A, C &E together are really good for your skin. there are 3 grams of sugar which is important since sugar causes inflammation and unneeded calories. (Always avoid gummies!) Sugar is proven to be a cause of Cardio Vascular disease especially here in the US where it is often combined with saturated fats; the combination is deadly over time. Airborne is great; there is nothing not to like! :

Can literally avoid colds and flu

This stuff is like gold to us. I take this the instant I feel a scratch in my throat for a couple days at least twice a day and I can almost always avoid getting sick. My wife avoided the flu this year by taking this 2x a day while she was fighting it off. Half the ingredients are great, according to studies I've read, for male reproductive health as well. I am currently taking them to help recover after the fever from the flu this year

Great Punch to the bug

So i was coming down with bronchitis, ears were burning, sore throat, chest congestion, just feeling horrible. I took one tablet in the morning and another at night. I woke up and felt a total difference, my mucus was more solid and coming up, my ear and throat stop hurting. Im currently on day two, i will keep you posted. UPDATE: I'm on my third day, and noticed that it started to over dry my throat out and it made my cough even more extremely painful cuz the mucus got stuck. So I took extra measures and started making tumeric tea with honey which moisten my throat and helped move my mucus along more easily. I also noticed taking 3 pills of airborne gave me a headache. So I will limit to 2 a day

Love this product. it seriously kept me out of the hospital along with elderberry. Had the flu 5 times last year sick as a dog! I started taking this towards the end with eldenburry and would take this 3x a day as a hot tea with honey and lemon. Was delicious and helped me fight the virus to get me back on my feet. Eldenbury also 3 x a day. I still take airborne 1x a day through the winter months and if I feel something is coming on, I increase the dose and take eldenbury also. It's the only way to keep me from getting sick ðŸ˜· thank you Airborne!!! I'm one happy customer! I tell everyone to take this ðŸ˜

Airborne Vitamin C Chewable Tablets

Love, love, love the orange Vitamin C Chewable Tablets. They boost my immune system and use them both for preventive measures and the moment I feel I am getting sick. For me I found that once I feel I am coming down with a sore throat or a cold, I use them continuely until I feel better. I see a big difference that I am not getting sick as often and the duration is so much shorter or completely goes away. Personally, I love the ease of the chewable tablets. I take them with me when I travel and keep them on my nightstand if needed

A necessary evil when you work in a germ filled office like I do

This product is a necessary evil when you work in a germ filled office like I do. Illness after illness wipes out our staff all winter long. I eat this stuff like candy and I actually seem to skip a few bouts of the plague each winter. I'm not a fan of the taste so I drink copious amounts of water when I consume tablets. Great value and there are so many tablets in this bottle it lasts me the whole winter

I'm pretty crazy about airborne

I'm pretty crazy about airborne. As a bonus, the new, less sweet, flavoring that is starting to ship is a huge improvement. Look, I mock people who do herbal remedies, voodoo medicine, putting garlic in your ear sort of things. And while it doesn't make any sense to me, and even the FDA has targeted Airborne for it's big claims, it does seem to work. It's crazy, but I used to get the worst colds. About once a month, maybe every other month if i was lucky, I would get a terrible soar throat for 3 days. Then a miserable cough for about 7 days, and then a sinus infection for another 7 days. A couple of weeks off and then I would get sick again. SO I started taking these whenever I feel a soar throat coming on. I take the max amount it says on the bottle (sometimes a little more ;)). It usually knocks the soar throat out and that's the end of it. Sometimes I get a small cough that goes away after a couple of days. Take it from a guy who has little confidence in doctors and even less confidence in Vitamin Shoppe: this stuff does work

No sodium, no wait. Great to feel you can protect your health!

Everyone got bronchitis/pneumonia the winter, a coworker brought a particularly nasty respiratory plague to work. Started using Airborne products before meetings and whenever anyone in the office had sniffles. If I hadn't cleaned it first, refused to touch anything with bare hands (doorknobs, keyboards, touch screens). Had some trouble with puffy feet and ankles, so looked at ingredients. The big tablets (to dissolve in water/drink) depend on a good amount of sodium to fizz. For a low-sodium diet, those will quickly put you over your daily limit. These chewables have no sodium. Chewing them to a powder can mean a dry mouth/throat and coughing, so I have a drink handy to wet the whistle. Using Airborne faithfully for five years and haven't caught any of the office plagues since

Great for those that can't swallow pills

I have a hard time swallowing pills so these are just the ticket for me and anyone that wants to take extra vitamin C but cringes at the thought of swallowing another daily pill
