I recommend making a spray with it as my husband suffers from severe leg cramps. I mixed boiled filtered water with flakes and poured it into a squirt bottle, creating a 100% magnesium spray. Although it has an oily feel, it helps eliminate muscle cramps completely while also improving sleep and mood. Most of us are magnesium deficient, so try it out—15 to 30 sprays on the back of the legs, rubbed in well!

I mix the flakes with distilled water to create my own magnesium oil spray, which is very cost-effective. I bought some amber spray bottles to dispense it. Whenever friends mention issues like sleep problems, arthritis, knee pain, headaches, or back aches, I offer them a spray bottle. Over two weeks, ten friends have tried it; only one didn't find it effective. The others report pain reduction within a minute. A friend with arthritis pain used it often over 24 hours, and while her pain isn't completely gone, the swelling has decreased significantly, and her pain level is now at 2 on a 10 scale. Her mobility has improved, and we have also been massaging her hands. Just be cautious with clothing, as the oil can leave marks.

My husband mixed this in a spray bottle with purified water. I have a crushed spine, and while doing housework, my lower back and legs hurt intensely. He sprayed this on me and rubbed it in, relieving most of my pain so I could move about comfortably. I apply it a couple of times a day. It does leave a film on my skin, but that’s okay as it alleviates the pain. I've just started using it, and I’m impressed with how much it has relieved.
