So yes these work, my blood work showed that my d went up and it's actually normal this year. I've been trying to get my d normal for 2 years now. I hated taking d3 because it tends to make you constipated and plus what was available that was vegan was stevia disgusting. Never mind pills (I've tried those too, same results as the oil) but those damn disgusting oils and sprays, I tried them all. Same results, low d3. Now to be fair I wouldn't take the oil or pill form everyday because It really messed up my digestion and did I mention the oils and sprays were disgusting. But when these finally arrived at my health food store, we tried it and after 3 weeks I was happy to know it didn't mess up my digestion, plus I felt good (placebo perhaps?). I took these almost everyday for a year and finally got my blood work results and it worked! I'm on the lower normal spectrum but it was way better results than the other options. My husband who is a nurse and are known for low d, (about 17, I think he even had 12 once) his went up too. Even though he still needs to work on it, he was only a few points from normal. But I was more strict about it for myself, as he would take it whenever he remembered, maybe 3x a week. I also I have to say I had more energy and less depression. If I took 2 though, it would mess up my digestion. So I don't recommend taking 2! These are sweet, sometimes too sweet for me personally especially in the morning. Hopefully these won't cause sugar issues in the future even though it claims to be less and “natural”. But the taste and texture does get me to take my d3 almost everyday about 5-6x a week, unlike those other options. I only wish they added the K for better absorption (not sure why vegan d3 options doesn't add the K, non of them adds it). So anyway I like them, yay for d3 gummies
