Find something better

I took this product for more than 10 years because my doctor told me it was the "perfect" calcium pill. What a joke! I am mad at myself for believing her. She is either ill-informed or she doesn't care. I have both osteoporosis and osteopenia and am working with a physical therapist. I am also taking a much better calcium and vitamin supplement to hopefully make my bones strong again. I advise you to look online and buy something much better than Caltrate

What can I say?! I've taken 2/day for as long as I can remember and I'm turning 75 this year and have good bones!!

Works great as far as I can tell

These pills work well as far as I can tell. I can FEEL a difference, but I couldn't tell you how specifically. The pills on the large side and, while some people may find these difficult to swallow, I haven't had a problem

Amazing product really helps

The birth control I take literally depletes every ounce of vitamin d and calcium for my body, it would get so bad I could literally feel my bones grinding against each other. I was overjoyed when I seen how much vitamin d you get from these pills and I can honestly say that thanks to these I don't wake up in pain everyday. Although my joints still pop and crack every time I move I don't feel as though the bones grind anymor

For stronger bones

These were recommended by my doctor since I am starting to have thinning bones. They are a bit large oval shaped but not that hard to swallow. I don't recommend chewing them. If you have trouble swallowing I would suggest you cut them in half. If you need additional calcium in your diet I would recommend these

I like it

I don't really know if it's working properly but I can tell you it doesn't give me gas or upset my stomach as some of the other brands has. I'd suggest it worth a try
