I have always struggled with protein shakes, as they would upset my stomach and lead to constipation, but this hydrolysed formula is different. It’s gentle on my stomach, and I enjoyed the cocoa flavour without it being overly sweet. Finally, I can drink protein and not suffer from uncomfortable bloating or unpleasant gas!
