Tired of feeling BLOATED after a protein shake? You're in luck. I am mildly lactose intolerant, and regular whey proteins give me terrible bloating throughout the day. It's quite uncomfortable and takes ages to relieve. In contrast, this whey protein has solved my issues! It can be pricier, yet it’s cheaper than many plant-based alternatives. Its worth lies in the decreased lactose levels. I wish they offered larger sizes of the plain iso100. Although the taste is good, it's a tad sweet, which may not suit serious athletes.

Best tasting protein with no bloat! This is the only protein I will buy from now on. I've tried many powders, and this is by far the best tasting chocolate! I can consume shake after shake without bloat or nausea. Mixing it with milk or other ingredients can make it quite thick, bordering on viscous. I recommend using water for a less thick shake. This powder complements peanut butter and bananas beautifully for a solid post-workout or recovery shake. I've even used it for overnight oats. The only slight issue is the thickness; a blender is almost necessary. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, low sugar! Although the price is higher than I prefer, it's 100% worth it.
