I always order it. I have tried vanilla and cookies flavours. The best aspect is that there is no fat and the protein dissolves well. However, it tends to foam after shaking, and the box doesn’t appear full as depicted. On the positive side, it contains a percentage of BCAA, which helps alleviate muscle pain after exercise.

No more bloating

Tired of feeling bloated after a protein shake? You're in luck. I am mildly lactose intolerant, and regular whey protein causes terrible bloating all day. It's uncomfortable and takes time to relieve. Fortunately, I have no issues with this whey protein! I've finally found a product that doesn't leave me bloated. Although it costs more than regular whey, it's still cheaper than other plant proteins. This whey is filtered to reduce lactose and is hydrolyzed, making it more digestible. The taste is quite sweet but acceptable. I'm eager to try other flavours, hoping they’re less sugary.
