Love love my chocolate ensure!!

I have a problem keeping on weight and I have a horrible appetite so having ensure helps keep me healthy and gives me energy!! I am totally addicted to the chocolate and vanilla flavored ensures! Haha! When I run out I go through withdrawals!! Gotta have em!! 10s across the board would recommend. Some of the other brands of high calorie drinks taste SO BEYOND GROSS! Believe me I've tried a bunch because they were cheaper or just because they didnt have ensure or something and I have a whole box of these generic brand in my garage because they tasted like thick eww.. not even sure what to compare it too. But Ensure has always tasted yummy to me. I LIKE the Ensure Plus the best because its thicker and sweeter then the original and the Ensure Fiber. The ensure fiber is Ok though and still better then most brands

Keeping me Alive!

I almost died 4 months ago from a severe e-coli infection. When I was finally released from the hospital my doctor restricted me from having anything to eat or drink BESIDES MY ENSURE PLUS! It has all the proteins I need, the calories, vitamins, minerals and the list goes on. People tell me, wow, that's gotta be horrible, but you know what . . . . IT'S GREAT!! I love all the flavors, none of them have that "chaulky" taste or that watery bland taste. They honestly taste like a shake, sooo yummy. I like to take the butter pecan with ice in a blender and make my own ice cream. Omg it's so good!! I have this on a recurring monthly order, and usually everything goes great but, this time when this package came in there were 2 corners that had holes in them (like it had been dropped) and the box itself was very thin. And I don't know why the driver leaves it at the front office, the box is heavy for me to take up to 2nd floor, when I specifically ask for them to be out at my door. But that's okay maybe he's busy. Love the product! Love Amazon! Didn't care for the box ðŸ˜‚ all in all ðŸ'

So expensive

It is so hard for me to believe that this Company would charge so much for this product. For a lot of senior's (me & other's I know) can't afford this price. It is a great product, but please remember who it is for

Life is So Grand!

Over many years, and highly recommended by the City of Hope, I've been utilizing Ensure and Ensure Plus. Love the chocolate. I was stuck in a local hospital and all they offered was Boost. After a few sips I called my wife and had her sneak bottles of Ensure Plus into my room. Appetite always a concern. GVHD makes it very hard to deal with the downside of spices. Ensure has been a very important part of my life. 3 a day. Gets me to 2,000 calories, and that allows me to hold my weight. Yay me! And thanks to all those who spend there days working to improve the health of others. It is so appreciated

This stuff WORKS.

This stuff WORKS. I am young, but have a lot of health challenges. Am 30 pounds underweight. When my gut gets so inflamed that I start to get into that danger zone of looking like a skeleton, I turn to this stuff. I can chug 12 of these a day, which works out to 4200 calories, so it's like making up for a day or not eating! They're high protein, and relatively palatable given what they are. And to me they taste a lot better than another high carb beverage because they're laced with healthy minerals, magnesium, copper, zinc, and so on, and lots of B vitamins, to also make up for any nutritional deficiencies. They just taste like my body is getting what it needs. The biggest con is just that you're drinking a can of sugar with minerals and protein added to it, but that's the point right? And I think the fact that it's basically corn syrup and soybean oil can't be great for people with food sensitivities. But in practice, even though I have a lot of food sensitivities it works for me. Also nothing's better than real food. I get off them as soon as I can. They really really block things up

Great product

My 99 year old great grandmother loves theses. She started losing a little weight & the doctor has her drinking two a day. Her energy has increased and as she stated “my clothes are getting a little snug, so it's working” lol so she's gained a few pounds, which is good. She loves the butter pecan flavor. They don't always have them at the drug store so I just order online and she gets it right to her door. She looks forward to the packages now!

SO GOOD

It was secured in arrival , 2ðŸ"¦'s. I was scared it'd arrive broken like most ones but no! And this was my first time trying the Plus, usually I get the regulars because it's the only ones available in nearby stores :( but the ones I need are these for weight gain. If anything I think I like the way these taste better, it's a little sweeter. I was also scared they'd be a thick type of nasty consistency. But no! I'm going to be buying every 2-3 weeks!â¤ï¸ maybe more (I drink them after every meal

Additional calories.

I like the flavor and higher calories, but too much plastic. No need for the stupid plastic rings, I thought they banned those things back in the 70's

The right balance.

Ensure Plus contains the right balance of nutrients for your loved one needing a meal replacement. Protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals are ALL included so you don't have to consider nutritional intake. Beware of shakes that advertise high protein, that have glitzy packaging or that are available in an eye-popping number of flavors. Unfortunately, these usually have some type of nutritional deficit, yet are marketed next to the higher quality shakes such as Ensure Plus, which is really comparable to prescribed meal replacements such as Novasource Renal. Ensure Plus may cost more but it's worth the money
