Taking one of these when consuming anything with milk allows me to drink a large glass of milk without any symptoms. I love it! I used to have a glass of milk every morning, but after realising it caused me stomachaches, I cut it out. I then tried these pills to avoid giving up dairy. They work like a dream; I take one before my first bite whenever I expect a meal might have too much dairy. Since I started, I've not had any issues.

Never thought it would work! Being lactose intolerant means dairy and I do not mix, which is frustrating as my family doesn’t share this issue. After learning about these pills from my doctor, I decided to give them a try. I absolutely love them! I experience no gas, bloating, diarrhoea, or stomach pain anymore.
