Best thing for your body
Great value! If you do the research you will find that ascorbic acid is the best form of C. Although Liposomal C (mixed with oil/fat) is the most bio-available it's also way too expensive. There are many other types of C in the form of sodium ascorbates, but this is the best and least expensive. The main "trick" is to always take it with fat of some kind, i.e. butter, coconut oil, etc. I take one with breakfast and one with lunch along with my B complex and D3/K2, Fish Oil, and Probiotic. Ever since I was a kid I had a weak immune system (low white blood cell). Every year I'd get very sick 3-4 times a year with strep, swollen-glands, and the flu. My old doctor always tried to get me to take a flu shot and I never did, and I just dealt with getting sick. Now I have a holistic doctor and see a nutritionist - best decision of my life! I try to avoid inflammatory foods and take my vitamins. For the past three years, I have not gotten sick like I used to at all! It's amazing! I will very rarely get a cold, and only if I am around someone who is deathly ill, but it will only last a couple days and is made much better by taking 4 tablets of C a day and drinking Tea with honey/lemon. This revelation is a life-changer! Do you know that they sometimes give cancer patients Vitamin C intravenously? If you want to know more about how to change your health and your life for the better, check out Dr. Mercola's website, see a certified nutritionist (covered by insurance), and ditch your drug-dealing health "practitioner" for a holistic medical care professional (also covered by insurance). Side note: Almost every single American is low in D3 (abundant in grass-fed fats/organ meats)/K2 (abundant in dark leafy greens) and if you drink milk like I do, your Calcium levels are way too high (which also lowers D3/K2) and THAT is the reason for arterial calcification aka Hardening of the Arteries, and Heart Disease (along with eating processed and fried foods that contain insane amounts of carcinogenic oxidized vegetable oils ). Vitamin K and D keep your calcium from leeching out of your bones, so if your high in Calcium and low in D3/K2, the calcium is literally pulled into your blood vessels. If you take statins, it's even worse! Best thing you can do is to know your numbers! Get a blood test and demand to know your vitamin and inflammation levels
