Works great in combination with cetirizine. My girlfriend has a cat, and none of the allergy medicines I tried worked consistently. However, combining Nasacort with cetirizine completely eliminated my allergy symptoms. Nasacort doesn’t cause drowsiness, while cetirizine does, so I recommend taking it before bed if you opt for both.

This stuff works. It's exceptionally effective for allergy-induced asthma. I have severe allergies and allergy-induced asthma, and since using this product, I no longer have allergy issues nor nightly asthma attacks. Allergy medications failed to help my asthma. I find that taking it before bed provides the best night-time asthma relief. There's no more feeling drowsy, and I haven't experienced any sinus infections, insomnia, or adverse side effects.

Ten years ago, my ENT doctor recommended Nasacort for my chronic allergies and related headaches. It works wonders — when I experience a headache, combining Nasacort with Advil consistently alleviates it within an hour. I highly advocate for this product, as it has also provided relief to friends and family from nasal congestion and headaches.
