Great immune system boost

I'm a big fan of Nature Made Super C Immune Complex. My family and I take it daily to help support our immune system. It's rare that we get sick but when we do, I feel this complex helps us recover much faster. The pills are slightly on the larger side so I do break it in half to take it

Ascorbic Acid – Vitamin C

Of course every person differs and I don't have a tremendous amount of trouble swallowing pills but I know some people that do. I know that these particular ones can be cut in half if a person has a problem. And with all vitamins you have to give it a good while of use before you can actually give an opinion. So with that said I've only been using these for one month but I need to keep up my immune system and vitamin C is a very good one and I will continue to purchase more

Great for immunity.

If I take one a day I never get sick. I know it sounds crazy. I used to get a bad cold or whatever at least once a year but not anymore. Now when the end of the year rolls around I still have my sick days to use for vacation

Amazing
