Take with Fish Oil to Help with Depression

Had a nurse friend tell me to try this for depression as she has her kids do that and it helps. Now everyone may be different, but I find it helps me as well. I've been taking for almost 2 weeks now and can tell a difference. My moods are more stable now. This pill is a little grainy but if you swallow and tip your head back when doing so, it should be fine. I have no other problems with this pill

For the value â€" this is definitely worth buying. It has 250 pills and very easy to swallow. It is good for your nails, hair and when you are conceiving as well. There's a lot of benefit of taking folic acid. Highly Recommend!! Update!!!! I took this right before ovulation and when we are conceiving. Now, I'm pregnant! I believe this supplement helps me!

I had been trying to get pregnant for about 4 months before I decided to give these a go. Started taking these on December 9th, 2019-- found out I was 5 weeks pregnant January 28th. Could be a coincidence, could not be. Either way, for the price, it's worth it! Easy to swallow. No taste

After doing some research on what helps with fertility, folic acid pills came up so immediately came to amazon and order a bottle. I ordered them on March 8th 2020. I started taking them once a day ....very small and easy to swallow ( I hate taking pills) after trying to get pregnant for so long, I'm finally pregnant! Took the test on 5/18/2020! No saying it will work the same for everyone but it did exactly what I wanted

I got these after reading about the health benefits of folic acid supplements. Although I take a multivitamin that has foic acid in it, I felt a little more would be okay. The pills are very tiny and I crunch them between my teeth. It is too soon to say if they help

Good buy

I read so many reviews stating how important folic acid is when trying to conceive. I was initially taking the folic acid before I began taking prenatal vitamins. My husband now takes them and he is not a fan of pills but these pills are on the smaller side so they are quite easy to swallow
