This is the most effective lysine I've found! I take it daily as an antiviral, living with the herpes virus, and it keeps it under control. I take 1 or 2 pills each day and more when I sense an outbreak. It also helps with colds and acts as a collagen builder with health and beauty benefits. I've tried other brands but this is simply the best! As a naturopath, I've recommended it to clients for years, with everyone showing favourable results!

If you get shingles or have fever blisters, you NEED this. A retired RN friend recommended it when I was diagnosed with shingles on my head and eye. It cleared up quickly alongside antibiotics and steroids.
