Good vitamins without a strong smell! I tried these during my pregnancy and found them effective. Unlike Vitrum, which had an unpleasant taste, these are easy to swallow and don't leave a lingering aftertaste. After 2.5 weeks of taking them, my leg cramps ceased, and I’ve been sleeping better too. I recommend these for anyone seeking a decent product at a great price!

After discovering my pregnancy, I found this complex after extensive browsing. It worked well during my first trimester, with no signs of toxicity. Unlike previous pregnancies where my blood pressure fluctuated, this complex seemed to stabilise my symptoms related to my autoimmune disorder. I didn't experience hair loss, and I feel generally healthier this time around.

Taking these pills while trying to conceive has been great. They are easy to swallow and have not caused me any symptoms of nausea, unlike other vitamins I've tried. My nurse practitioner recommended Nature Made for its regulatory standards and because they do not add extraneous ingredients. I've also noted that the newer version omits any dye, addressing concerns some people had with past versions. I opted for the Prenatal without DHA since I wanted a plant-based DHA supplement, as I couldn’t confirm the source of the fish oil.

Works for me! When my iron was testing too low, my nurse investigated and found that my other chewable vitamins were lacking in iron. This one contains the 27 mg a day I need. It has resolved my anemia, plus I don’t have to take two large pills, just one a day—total win!
