No illnesses, and I feel great. I've been taking these for a couple of years now. I rarely get ill, even though I have young children and work as a nurse, where I’m often coughed or sneezed on. I genuinely believe these pills have helped me avoid colds, flus, and respiratory infections. Additionally, they appear to enhance my mood. Working night shifts means I rely on vitamin D, especially when I may not see the sun for days.

Seems to mitigate Arimidex/Anastrozole side effects. I read about vitamin D reducing side effects from Arimidex for my estrogen-positive breast cancer, so I asked my oncologist to approve it. I have been taking 5000 IUs of Vitamin D3 daily for 65 days and I believe it's helping me tolerate the Arimidex better, as many women in my support group had to stop due to side effects. I recommend consulting with your doctor before taking any supplements, as everyone's case differs.
