I take a few supplements and I really can't say for the most part that I've noticed a significant difference after starting with one or another, except for this product. I had taken this product in the past and stopped a year ago or so. Recently I tried a different brand and immediately came back to this one and was surprised to notice a difference. Yeah, it's nothin scientific, but I'll stick with this one
Read More...I must take a statin drug for high cholesterol and triglycerides, "Hyperlipidemia TY IV", and always felt crappy. After taking COQ10 200mg @ day for a while, I began to feel better and was then motivated to do better with my diet. Starting to feel great again, and will try 400 mg @ day. Last lipid profile was encouraging. Avoid Qunol as it has 400mg of vitamin E, and 100 CoQ10. Nature's Bounty is price competitive and always has the right stuff. 'Am beginning to trust this product so don't let me down. Seems like the bigger a company gets, at some point the bean counters step in and ruin the product
Read More...I've been using Co Q-10 for many years and I love its anti-oxidants properties. I'm 67 years old and look much younger. When I'm with my grown adult kids they think my oldest son is my husband. I have never had any type of digestive issues due to this product and would recommend it to all who wants to look younger and feel younger than what they actually are
Read More...Due to some other medication I am taking, I was getting sever cramps, especially in my legs at night while sleeping. It got to the point that not only were the cramps disturbing my sleep, but also my wife's - as some were so sever I would growl and grunt with pain while attempting to get out of bed to stretch out the cramp. I did some research and decided to try these. I started taking them in the morning with my other medication, and noticed an immediate result, as the cramps were not as sever. Read More...I take a statin for cholesterol and have had a problem with leg cramps. I read that the statin can leech CoQ10 from your muscles and cause cramps. I talked to my doctor and he recommended I take 200 mg a day. I researched the brands and found that Nature's Bounty is a good quality product at a reasonable price. It worked wonders. No more cramps. After I went through the first bottle, I reordered. There was a glitch at the post office and I was without my CoQ10 for two weeks. I've been waking up with cramps every day. Read More...Update: After using the entire bottle, I found they did nothing for me. Total waste of money for me, but it may work for what others are using it for. I agree with the reviewer that different bottles of these might not work as well as others. I ordered these because they were cheaper than my previous brands but so far, have still had palpitations, headaches and no energy after taking these and that is what I take the COq10 for. Read More...I take 200mg daily with 1200mg of Red Yeast Rice for LDL/triglyceride lowering properties. Red yeast rice inhibit CoQ10 production as well as cholesterol, so I take 200mg to counter this effect. If I did not the Red Yeast Rice would weaken my muscles, most importantly my heart, due to the impact on natural Co Q-10 production in the body. It is far cheaper than pharmaceuticals and has , for me, much less side effects. This will not work for everyone but works very well for me and that is why I buy it
Read More...If you are taking statins and have muscle weakness or pain then this is the stuff! After 6 weeks on this stuff my leg muscles are responding and the leg pains are going away completely. I will never be without it. If you are on statins, talk to your cardiologist to see if this is right for you. I had no idea what my problem was except I knew I was having trouble walking up steps, etc. I told this to my Dr. and this is what he recommended and it worked like a charm
