Don't take on empty stomach: It's a given that before you take any pill, you should eat or in the least, don't have an empty stomach. As long as you have a bagel, toast, or cereal in the mornings, you'll be fine!
Swallowing: The pill is pretty long so it makes it difficult to swallow on occasion, but it's not like you'll be choked on it or anything.
After taste: I've been taking it for a week now and i haven't had any problems with it or any stomach issues as other reviews describe. I do say, however, it leaves a sour milk taste if you really struggle to get it down in the first swallow. It's not a deal breaker, but definitely not a fun 5 minutes.
Not Child-proof: The dosage is pretty high so i wouldn't recommend a full pill for small children. The cap, at least mine anyways, wasn't child-proof. When i opened it the first time, i was surprised that i didn't need to lock it in when i closed it. That's of course could just be me, but i'd recommend keeping the bottom away from where you get children might get curious.
Scheduling: I recall a review saying they got a bit ill after taking the vitamin a few hours under 24 hours. I've been waking up at random times in the morning but always do my routine despite the time. I've taken this anywhere from 7 am to 10 am and i haven't found any issues in terms of changing the time i take it. As long as you eat, you'll be okay
