The best! Truly the coolest vitamins! I drank 3 cans of 96 pieces and I do not want to stop! My body responded perfectly, and my well-being is superb! I find these vitamins remarkable. I've never successfully taken a multivitamin in the morning without feeling nauseated, but their fermentation process makes a significant difference. Although the pills are a bit large and hard to swallow, I haven't experienced any nausea while taking them.

Headache and sleepiness. I was so excited to try it considering how many amazing reviews are written. However, for me, it gave me a headache that lasted the entire day and made me so sleepy, I had to lie down and sleep. I can't work or drive when I take it.
