Good hydrolysed protein for daily use. It's my go-to for extra protein during strength and HIIT training sessions. It does not produce gas or bloating.

The strongest protein with discounts! I've been using it for three months, and my body has changed significantly before use! The muscle swell is quite noticeable, and I am pleased to say that I do not experience diarrhea after use! However, I personally find sweetness unnecessary. I wish to avoid artificial sweeteners like Astel Palm to minimise risks, so I consider this the strongest protein available.

Easy on the stomach but a bit too sweet. This protein powder doesn't upset my stomach after workouts. I mix it with cold coffee to improve the taste and it has helped me recover better from intense weight lifting sessions.

This protein from iHerb is incredibly effective. After a strenuous workout, when I experience muscle pain, it alleviates the discomfort and aids recovery. I haven't noticed any bone pain while using it.
