It dissolves easily in cold water and has a delightful taste. Unfortunately, the price tends to rise each year, and disposing of large packages can be challenging. As a product, I rate it 5 stars, but taking the aforementioned issues into account, I would give it 4 stars.

Excellent! Very easy to drink! After reading Dr. Tokumi Fujikawa's blog, I realised my protein intake was lacking. Over half a year later, I haven’t caught a common cold and feel much stronger. I will keep using it!
