This whey protein is a godsend for athletes. I've tried various brands, and while some caused indigestion, this one doesn't. It mixes quickly and well, and it digests easily without causing any stomach discomfort. The double chocolate flavour is enjoyable and never becomes tiresome. It's essential not to mix this protein with milk due to the casein, which slows digestion and negates its benefits. If unsure about which flavour to try, the chocolate option is a safe bet.

I recommend this protein for weight loss; I take it in the morning instead of breakfast, mixing 1 scoop with about 250 ml of filtered water. For weight loss, milk is unnecessary! Sometimes I make it richer with 200 ml of water. The taste is delightful. It's great for weight loss; I've lost 10 kg in 3 months. I consume 1.5 grams per kg of my weight and only drink it in the morning, with breakfast after 2.5 hours. I get around 110-120g of protein from food while weighing 81 kg. A tip: in the evening, I mix fat-free cottage cheese with Siberian fibre and this chocolate protein for a tasty treat!

Easy to drink, it is delicious and easy to consume. I experienced constipation after other well-known protein powders, but this one did not cause such issues. Perhaps it's related to the digestive enzymes. I feel physically good as well.

After starting muscle training, I realised the need for protein to recover. Drinking this after workouts alleviated my chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms. The milk cocoa taste is enjoyable, though it is quite sweet.

The container is huge. I used to drink a bag of protein with the same taste, but I didn't buy it for a while. This time I bought a bottle for the first time. It’s bulky to store and toss. The protein is the same — not too sweet, easy to dissolve in cold milk, and delicious! In the morning, I prepare it with milk warmed in the microwave as a breakfast replacement. Since I started taking this again, I feel my dizziness from low blood pressure has improved.

The protein has a cool composition and great quality. My husband drank it and was very satisfied; he found it easy to assimilate, and there were no skin rashes, unlike another brand I was allergic to.

Very good quality whey protein. It is good to drink, not overly sweet, and tastes very natural. Long-term use will not result in a sense of nausea; the body absorbs it quickly, and the effects are clear.

I might enjoy the sweetness, but not enough water causes a slight sore throat. I believe the ingredients are perfect, and I can smell the American chocolate.

If you need a protein drink, this is a good option for a relatively low cost. It tastes like cocoa. I prepare it using a small cappuccinatore, and it has not caused any allergies.

I'm new to protein supplements. After a month of consumption, the discomfort in my chest disappeared, and I could drink it smoothly. Each morning, I take one spoonful along with iron after a light workout. Previously, I suffered from migraines due to pressure pain and weather changes every spring, but this year, my headaches have significantly reduced, and I'm using fewer painkillers.

Great experience with the Isolated Whey Protein from ON. I previously had the regular ON Whey, which caused me stomach cramps due to my mild lactose intolerance. This Isolated version is perfect for me and tastes fantastic. I recommend the vanilla flavour for versatility. I'm pleased it's back after a discount and appreciate its more natural ingredients compared to their other protein powders.

To build a healthy body, I find the chocolate taste excellent and pleasant to drink. It's effective for my teenage son fighting stretch marks. We consume it to replenish protein needs after training, and it works well; the results are evident. I enjoy drinking it after jogging, and the muscles are visibly defined. This lactose-free protein is well absorbed, and fortunately, it doesn't cause bloating!

My stomach has improved! Initially, using a Japanese protein caused gas and constipation, which led to pain. However, after switching to Gold Standard 100% Whey, Double Rich Chocolate, I’ve been using it for two weeks and feel much better! I wish I had switched sooner, but the taste is still like protein.

I must advise against it as it caused me stomach pain and a burning sensation. Definitely not recommended for those with abdominal issues or back pain.
