I love this protein powder! The vanilla and chocolate flavours are my favourites; they taste delicious and don’t have the chalky texture typical of many others. I haven’t experienced any bloating, and the vanilla blends well with almost anything!

First, it was shipped from overseas, but I appreciated the quick delivery. It serves as both a protein and a multivitamin, enhancing my workouts and overall health. I've noticed my muscles grow more rapidly since I started taking it. The taste is delicious, so I enjoy it daily without any issues. It may be creamier than Japanese protein, with a texture reminiscent of a cold soup.

This has really helped my digestion, allowing me to have daily bowel movements. Being pregnant, I’m relieved that I won’t have to worry about constipation. The low sugar content in the chocolate flavour is brilliant for me, as I love sweets but need to moderate my intake. My OB recommended it for my daily diet. The only downside is that it’s quite chalky, no matter how much I mix it, but I can manage that.

I blend it with a bit of lactose-free ice cream and almond milk, enjoying it post-workout like a tasty milkshake. I’ve had no heartburn or stomach issues. I highly recommend Orgain Organic protein powder!

Last time I tried the chocolate flavour from this brand, it wasn't too sweet and was easy to drink. I have it instead of breakfast. By consuming only protein, my back pain has eased, and I feel better. Protein is crucial for body balance! A doctor recommended it on YouTube. While soy protein is beneficial, whey protein appears to have a quicker effect, so I'll try that next time.
