My new go to multivitamin
I love these as an alternative to the horse pills that are normal daily vitamins. Yes the serving size is technically 2 pills but I only take 1 because first off, unless your diet consists 100% of oreos, you should be getting the remaining vitamins from your food, and second off, vitamin overdose is a real thing and it really irks me that these companies have to cram 100% your recommended intake into every horse pill. Especially because those intakes are usually based on a 2000 calorie diet, which is more than most women need to maintain a healthy weight. Also for everyone complaining about the serving size, the TRADEMARK is called "One A Day," most likely because the branch specializes in products you take once a day. The Amazon listing provides adequate details to inform you that the serving size is 2, and if you don't read all of the information before buying, it isn't the company or product's fault.
