It's a shame supplement companies are putting 500mg or 1000mg of Synthetic Ascorbic Acid in a pill and calling it Vitamin C. This is FAR FROM NATURAL and does not provide a FULL SPECTRUM VITAMIN C
Read More...This is the only cost effective time release 1000 mg vitamin C which is also VEGAN, that I could find anywehre on the internet. I had to settle for tablets, even though I much prefer capsules, especially since I take quite a lot of supplements. However, I like the taste and smell of these tablets and they go down easily. I like knowing that I pop one of these and it is so potent. (I also take other supplements like L-Glutathione, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and N-Acetyl-Cysteine, to keep the Vitamin C recycling in my system)
