Oh yes! I began taking it at the first sign of a cold, as advised: one tablet three times a day. Consequently, I managed three days of malaise instead of a week, or even ten days of significant illness. The 30 tablets are packaged in blisters of ten each. Although they are quite large, I had no trouble swallowing them, and there were no side effects.

Finally, an immune booster that genuinely works! I'm delighted with this product and recommend it to everyone. At the first sign of a cold or sinus infection, I take Counter Attack, and voilà, I avoid getting sick. I adhere to the full recommended dose for treating infections, which means taking numerous pills in a day, but it’s effective. Since starting with Counter Attack about six months ago, I haven’t fallen ill. My only issue is the rising price, as it’s now nearly double what I initially paid at iHerb, and I found a better deal on Walgreens' website recently.
