I take tons of medicine a day due to a chronic illness; therefore, I did a lot of comparing before making my purchase. I have used other types of these before so I knew exactly what I wanted. In terms of size, ease of use and organization, this one is the best monthly pill organizer out there. Hands down. Each day is small enough to stick in my purse or desk drawer and the individual pill slots hold so many pills (I have 14 pills in 1 slot with a little room to spare). Plus my purchase included a B1G1 offer, to which the seller was extremely prompt to responding to my order via email and sent a second one within only a few days of my request. Both were double boxed for shipping. My only complaint is that they do not include enough day of the week stickers to label each box, which just doesn't make any sense to me. I'm OCD so that's just something that would drive me crazy. But also because this is needed to help manage something so important, it really is needed in order to help me stay organized and note important info related to my meds each day. But because I got the second set for free, I was able to use the set of stickers from the free order to finish labeling all of the boxes. (I'm giving the second set away to a family member who didn't want the stickers for their set). Not a deal breaker but something I would recommend the company adjust for future customers. Overall, this is exactly what I needed to help manage an otherwise very demanding aspect of my life

GREAT pill organizer! Overall very happy! Only minor complaints so far!

As the photo shows, this pill organizer is quite a bit larger than my previous one that I used for a couple of years... in some ways that's a good thing... it holds more/bigger pills especially. But it does take up a LOT of room as well, not great for someone with very tight spaces. I love that the containers open SO much easier... and I love that I can fill it quicker and easier. My old organizer took me at least 30-40 mins to fill a whole month... this new one takes me about 10-15 mins max! My only other minor complaint that I have to get used to... when holding one day's container in my hand, I'm used to the AM being on the left and PM on the right... but this one is opposite, so I have to really remember not to take the wrong set of pills at the wrong time each day... but that will get easier with time and repeated usage. I kinda preferred the numbers being printed directly on the cases on my old one, but the stickers work too... just hoping they don't start peeling off in just a few months though. One good thing about having stickers, is I rotated the containers differently than the manufacturer had them... to me they just slide in and out easier when turned facing sideways, so I made sure to do my stickers after I determined the way they would face. I do think they could make the whole unit just a little bit smaller, using less plastic in between each compartment, thinner separators... but overall it's still a LOT better than my old one, mainly because I can fill it 3-4 times faster, because I can open AM & PM at the same time and the lids don't get in the way of each other. So for sure I'd recommend this, just be sure wherever you want to keep it is big enough for it

Awesome pill boxes, just not in humid places

Edit: I had to remove a star and addend my review - this is still a great product, but will only be using it in cooler winter months - if you're in a humid area, vitamins stored here have a shelf life of MAYBE 3 days. Had to toss all the kiddo's chewables, they turned to sludge. I bought two different brands and two different styles, and I will admit the other one could hold many more pills than this one, however I opted to keep this one because the design and colors were SO much more aesthetically pleasing. I don't have arthritis or any issues, but I found the tabs very easy to open. Make sure to click the case closed as I did have an issue where it wasn't quite tight enough and everything spilled. If you don't have a million supplements and medications to store, these do hold a decent amount of pills. I didn't want to overfill them so I left some things out in bottles. My kiddo thinks they are so fun and looks forward to opening her pockets. Great for chewable tablets but definitely not recommended for gummies. The customer service is EXCELLENT, another reason I kept these over the other brand. Overall I think these are a great product and value, and work well for both home and travel use. The only situation I wouldn't recommend is if you have a LOT of capsules (can fit a ton of gelcaps) as I found more than 8 per box to be too much OR if you have a lot of gummies. Could fit two gummies and a chew tab for kiddo but then nothing else. So we just leave the gummies out and put everything else in the pockets. :

Helpful if you take a lot of meds and don't want a weekly container.

So I'm 30, and take a lot of meds for chronic illness and I always dreaded refilling my meds since most weekly cases are always a pain to get meds out of, and the doors sometimes get loose and pop open and sometimes its just confusing when your meds change a lot(just my experience). I felt like a silly old man getting a monthly one, but I love it and can't go back. I avoided staying out late before, so I could take my meds on time. Now I just pop the little meds pod for my day in my pocket or backpack and I'm ready to go and worry free. If I go out for the weekend, I don't need to bring a whole noisy and bulky weekly organizer or pill bottles, and it's been a huge convenience for me even in the short time I'd had it. The pill cases with the organizer are sturdier than I have seen in others I've had, but I still tend to keep them in a small zippered bag if they're in my pocket or backpack, just to avoid meds falling out. Better safe than sorry, and it can help protect the little meds case from getting snagged or crushed. The entire organizer itself is pretty big, but I cleared some space on my nightstand and it wasn't a big deal for me. The stickers went right easily and haven't begun to peel or get rubbed off. I appreciated the option to use the monthly or weekly style for the labeling. I was able to fit 17 of the largest pills I take, but they are meant to break in the middle for half doses so a few broke in half. So for that I would say don't pack it full, but its got a lot of room. I also measured the white organizer base and the pill cases provided with a cloth tape. I'm so glad I bought this one. It is so much nicer and sturdier than the ones I've bought in the past from stores for my husband. Each compartment is big, for a size comparison, my husband takes 10 1/2 pills in the AM and 10 at night. They all fit in the compartments and there was leftover room. Would've posted with his meds in it but he wasn't comfortable. I like how the days can separate, so if we have to go somewhere and won't be back in time for night time meds we don't have to wait until we get home I can just throw the day container in my purse and it doesn't take up a lot of room and the latch part is snug so it doesn't come open. Definitely an improvement from the one we had that was a weekly one all connected. I'd definitely recommend this one for sure. I also like that it's sleek looking and isn't an eye sore on the counter like others ones I've had

Sorted for each day of month

Purchased this pill holder for my mom. She loves that it has the number stickers for each day of the month (31) plus one extra incase she has to take other pills in her bag. Also loves the day and night compartments that holds all her pills for each and only has to fill it once a month instead of the weekly one she had. **Side note** after her night pills, she flips the container and places it back so the number is not showing

Would definitely buy again

I really am loving my new pill holder. Each compartment fit 15 of my pills, over 1/2 are very large pills. I like the latching system. Makes me fill more secure in the fact the top isn't going to pop open on me. I LOVE that i can grab one or two days worth, throw in my bag, & go. ONLY con is it is bulky as a whole. I had to move where I normally keep my daily pill dispenser into a deeper drawer. Each pod has a day and night section. I only takes medication once a day, so I was able to get 2 days in one pod. That means I can get over 2 months of pills in this dispenser system. I hate refilling my monthly dispenser. Also, it has 8 pods per week where most have only 7. Love the extra pods. Going on vacation in a couple months will see if the grab and go option is going to work for me. I believe it will work. So happy with this product, I am getting one for my hubby. I did have a couple questions for customer service. Their customer service was very prompt, friendly, & answered all my questions. Definitely recommend

Small yet big enough for all my meds

I had a liver transplant 3 years ago and take a Lot of medications. I got sick of filling my 7 day organizer so I got this one. While it was a bit tricky to fill the whole thing with 19 different medications all at once I'm very happy that they all fit. I often take a single days meds with me when I leave the house and these are a third of the size of my last organizer! I also like that I have the option of using Monday- Sunday stickers or 1-32. Although I left the last one blank since there isn't a day 32 in a month lol. On another note these little boxes have a plastic tab on the side you must lift up, just a tiny bit to open it. I don't know how easy this would be for someone who struggles with loss of strength or fine motor skills. See pic to better understand. Otherwise I like this organizer and do recommend it to anyone who takes a ridiculous amount of meds ðŸ˜

Large capacity

This is a great pill organizer if you prefer to prep your pills once a month instead of weekly. I fill up pill boxes with supplements for everyone in my family, and doing it weekly was getting a bit tiresome. This organizer really simplified my process. I set out and open the containers all at once, fill them up, then replace them into their slots. The compartments in this product have room for lots of pills, which sets it apart from other pill organizers I looked at. It's nice that it gives you an option to organize either by days of the week or by numbers. If you organize by numbers, you will have 32 days' worth of pills. Organizing by days of the week is a little more tricky because this product has 8 slots/containers in a row, so one container remains in every row after you label Sunday through Saturday. I use those 4 extra containers for supplements that we take as needed or when traveling. Once a container is empty, I turn it over (sticker facing down), so that it's easy to see what to take next. This product does take some room, so that would be something to take into consideration. So far, I am very happy with the design and quality of this product

Amazing pill organizer!

This has made my life a LOT easier! I can set up my meds until the date for my next appointment (in case RXs change dosage or something) and make sure I get all my vitamins for the day. I take the box of the day with me stick it in my lunch box. I eat breakfast and take my morning meds while commuting to work, and then take my afternoon meds out of my lunch box along with my lunch. Very convenient, bought one for both myself and hubby. Personally, I work a wonky sched, so I put Sunday through saturday stickers on the side of the tray and put the number stickers on the top of the boxes (the eighth row gets all the leftover days of the month) -- this way, the pill organizer reads like a calendar and while im grabbing my pills im reminded what day of the week it is, too -- has helped me remember to take out the trash more than once!! Highly recommend, theyre cute, convenient, portable, and tbh I do get an almost ASMR-type satisfaction when popping the boxes in/out of the grid -- just a fun little satisfying feeling to it lol, helps my goblin brain make taking my meds with me in my lunchbox a habit sort
