Nighttime restfulness improved
Most Useful Review
Works well on my autistic 3-year-old boy. We occasionally give him one pill on less active days or restless nights. Initially, it would take him over an hour to fall asleep, restless with kicking and mumbling. After consulting our doctor, we started giving him Melatonin if he couldn't sleep within half an hour. It's most effective when administered at the beginning of the bedtime routine, allowing time for it to work. My son now takes about 30 minutes to fall asleep. This pill has been a lifesaver. He used to wake in the night, making it hard for him to concentrate at preschool due to tiredness.
