It worked! I hadn't fallen asleep since I was a baby, and even when I became a junior high school student, it didn't change. I was hesitant to go to the clinic as I only thought of sleeping pills, but I read this review and anticipated buying it. Since it is small, I tried using 2 tablets instead of the prescribed 3. Taken an hour before bed, I felt drowsy within 30 minutes. I didn't get to bed immediately, but 30 minutes later, I fell asleep in about 10 minutes. I think it truly works as I fell asleep so smoothly.

For all the family... Here at home we use practically all of them :) My daughter has Asperger's with ADHD and we always use it at bedtime with her. Works great! My 7-year-old has nighttime anxiety and often can't settle before bed. On nights when his mind races with worries, these supplements help him relax so that he falls asleep before the anxieties can return. Excellent! It is a mauve pill that tastes like small berries. I took it after having twin girls when their sleeping patterns were disrupted. Thankfully, it helped me regulate their sleep.
