Gelatin free gummies with a serving size of one
Two of my children live on milk and crackers, with the occasional apple and carrot thrown in. I continue to offer them a variety of nutritious foods, but until they get learn to eat more than beige things, I give them multivitamins. Usually, I grab gummy vitamins from Sam's, but the 4 year old needs 4 of them and the 2 year old needs 2. I like that for all kids, a serving size is one gummy. They're also pretty good. They taste like candy. The 2 year old doesn't like candy (I know, weirdo!), but he'll eat one of these. I have to keep them on a high shelf because the 4 year old would eat the entire bottle. We don't eat pork products, but most gummies are made with porcine gelatin. I absolutely love that these are gelatin free, and that there is no worry of secret swine in the kid's vitamins. Centrum is a trusted brand, and these seem to be good at helping keep them healthy until they learn to love all food groups. They'll be our new go-to vitamin
