I absolutely LOVE the combination of probiotics and immune support! I previously struggled with digestive problems like bloating and gas, which were dreadful. After being advised to take probiotics, I've relied on them for years! Culturelle has always been my preferred brand. Occasionally, when I switched brands, my issues re-emerged. These chewable tablets are easy to consume, and the mixed berry flavour is enjoyable, reminiscent of the old Flinstones Vitamins. You need only one tablet per day, which is a huge relief compared to other brands. This product effectively combines probiotics and immune support, especially important during flu season. I may not know much about the probiotic strains, but Culturelle has been a game-changer for my digestion and I heartily recommend them!
