THE BEST "SUNNY" VITAMIN D FOR CHILDREN! I appreciated the dosage: 600 IU in just one drop is very convenient. The oil-based vitamins feature coconut oil, which is a benefit. The composition is entirely natural without alcohol. The price is reasonable, as this supplement delivers results according to analyses. The consumption is minimal too; for prevention, just one drop suffices, with 100 drops in a bottle providing over three months' supply! I also value the absence of taste and smell. Administering is easy, typically directly into my child’s mouth. These droplets did not cause any allergic reactions; I noticed no insomnia or hyperactivity, and my child sleeps well. I've observed new hair growth and a reduction in fearfulness. I'm seeing an increase in vitamin D levels, which is delightful. I definitely recommend purchasing.

We investigated whether high-dose vitamin D supplements could lessen flu symptoms in preschool kids during winter. In a study with 703 healthy children aged 1 to 5 in Toronto, we randomly assigned them to either high-dose (2000 IU/day) or standard-dose (400 IU/day) vitamin D.

Unfortunately, our findings revealed that high doses did not lead to any improvement in flu symptom severity, nor did it reduce doctor visits, emergency room trips, or antibiotic prescriptions. Overall, it appears that sticking to the standard recommended dose is advisable for managing flu symptoms in children.

Fantastic! Vitamin D is essential for babies to grow healthily! When I run out, I immediately reorder from iHerb! The benefits are evident: my baby is less likely to fall ill and copes better with colds during flu season. The product's quality is exceptional, and the taste is pleasant; my baby takes it without fuss.

My child suffered from bone pain due to growing pains. After reading that vitamin D3 could help, I purchased it for him. Since starting the supplement, he hasn't complained of any bone pain. I will continue to observe its effects and purchase it again.

Strengthened immunity

The children have been taking this supplement for a short time, but I’ve already noticed a strengthening of their immune system. They caught a viral infection, possibly the most common virus in 2020, but they recovered swiftly with just a slight stuffy nose and general weakness that lasted only 2 days! I used to have a cold that persisted for much longer. I did double the daily dose during this time. When we returned to school, I noticed they had no drop in energy or lingering weakness. Perhaps it’s just coincidence, but I’m very pleased with this supplement. The children also enjoy it as the taste is pleasant and the quality superb.
