The best vitamin C available! Critically important for the body as it continuously requires it but does not produce it. It strengthens the immune system, acts as a natural antioxidant, enhances oxygen flow, soothes and strengthens the adrenal glands, reduces inflammation, removes histamine, and assists in restoring damaged brain neurotransmitters. Foods rich in vitamin C include rose hips, kiwi, and citrus fruits. However, even these may not provide therapeutic levels. Safe forms like Ester-C or Liposomal vitamin C are essential.
