No cold infections
Most Useful Review
I fell ill with a crown and began contemplating how to boost my immunity. The nutritionist suggested vitamin C, recommending a substantial regime of capsules over three months, with a daily dosage of 1000mg in the off-season, and even 2000mg for a month if necessary. The results surpassed all expectations. Traditionally, I’d catch a cold every autumn, leading to a painful nasopharynx and chronic tonsillitis worsening from late August. This year, however, I noticed no symptoms of infection despite the cold spells, which I expected might make me ill. After using the first jar, I intend to purchase more. While the price is steep, it is certainly worthwhile.
