Crucially, it stops hair loss, and I take magnesium, omega 3, and zinc alongside it. Since starting this regimen, my hair has considerably stopped falling out. We focused on a case of pernicious anemia in a 51-year-old Ugandan man who presented with recurring lower limb weakness. After initial treatment for vitamin B12 deficiency years ago and further testing, we confirmed his diagnosis of pernicious anemia marked by low cobalamin levels. Thanks to timely parenteral methylcobalamin therapy, he showed improvement. This case underscores the importance of recognizing vitamin B12 deficiency, especially in rural and resource-limited settings, to address neurological symptoms quickly.

I'm unsure if it's the product or if it's just not suited for me. After two days of taking it, my whole body was covered in hives. It didn’t clear up with over-the-counter medication, necessitating a trip to the doctor for a week’s worth of medication due to a Niacin Flush reaction.
