Works great with vitamin cocktail

My wife and I have been taking this twice daily for over 10 months along with vitamin C, zinc, D3, ginko biloba cocktail. We have noticed a general overall good feeling of well being. We genuinely believe it helped us avoid covid because we stayed with our kids who tested positive after our arrival and I myself TRIED to get it from them so I could get it over with and never got it. Covid, being a vascular disease, I guess doesnt like quercetin because its for vascular health and resists inflammation. This combined with those others is a magical immune system boost that you wont regret. Great price, too

Helps teen with MCAS

Teen daughter with MCAS uses this to help control histamine response. Helps tremendously -- especially her lungs and itchy mouth. When she knows she'll have a meal with histamine this is one of the things she takes (along with DAO enzyme, Neuro-Protek and sometimes Ketotifen)

IT SAVED ME!

It saved me from my chronic allergies in the spring and the summer. I suffered from allergies until I was 30 years old and someone told me about Quercetin. More people should know about this product. Even doctors don't know about it and perscribe all these terrible medicines that only fix the symptoms for couple hours

Perfect for allergy sufferers

We just moved to Florida where it has been a very high pollen spring season. I tried every natural relief suggestion under the sun and found nothing that worked for me, outside of raw apple cider vinegar twice a day, but who wants to do that. These came highly suggested to me and now I see why. First thing in the morning I take one and it brings me great allergy relief all day no matter how bad the pollen is that day. I highly recommend this product

quercetin has dramatically reduced my use of zyrtec!

I used to take zyrtec religiously every day all year round for indoor and outdoor allergies. I even tried allergy shots for several years before giving up (I developed horrible rashes to the shots themselves- ironic!) Now I take 1 or 2 quercetin tablets (500mg) a day, and in conjunction with a more plant-based diet, it seems to get rid of most of my allergies. I still have some allergy symptoms especially during pollen season, but I go through probably less than 50 zyrtec a year instead of 365! What I really like about quercetin is that it doesn't dry me out like zyrtec or allertec or other normal allergy medicines do- the quercetin just seems to interfere less with my body chemistry. And it doesn't have any drowsy effects either. I've tried the formulations that include bromelain and other stuff- but really all I need is the plain stuff with 500 mg quercetin per capsule (FYI 250mg ones are sold but they are too wimpy for me). Highly recommend

I'm not sure it's this product, but something is working, and I happen to be taking this along with other stuff.

I've had bad gut/psoriasis problems, and figured out, finally, that I probably have leaky gut syndrome. With eating right (no gluten or dairy & lots of veggies), this Quercetin, L-glutamine, N-acetyl cysteine, N-acetyl glucosamine, and probiotics/enzymes, after 1 month, my gut is super fantastic, my skin is clearing up. Note, I've only been taking this 1 month. Also I don't know for sure if this stuff is doing any good. I just know my gut feels great, I quit biting my nails, I'm sleeping better, and my skin is finally getting better

So Far So Great

The items arrived when promised and in good condition. I took one last night in addition to a dose of Bromelain. My reason for taking this is because I hope to end my sinus issues and my physical pain and get some asthma. I know it's not the best idea to write a review of a supplement after only two doses but I'm doing so because I already feel improvement. My sinuses aren't as swollen, I'm breathing easier (both nasal and lungs) and my body has less pain and feels more relaxed. I have noticed drainage, possibly because my sinuses are less swollen. My mind is the clearest it's been in years--goodbye fog. I'm very excited to see what will happen as I continue to take this and I hope to update my review in a couple of months. I have suffered from allergies, asthma and sinusitis for years, have tried all the usual suspects but never get full relief. I also have arthritis and fibromyalgia. If this and the Quercetin does as much for me as it has for the other people commenting here then it will be nothing short of a life transformation. Since I'm already experiencing positive changes, I'm very happy
