They smell like hamster pellets but have positively affected my skin and hair. I have chronic digestive problems, but importantly, my chronic acne is nearly gone, and my hair loss has halted. While I previously took LE brand vitamin K2 to address tendinitis, I only recently tried their multivitamin. It’s proving more effective than various others I had tried. The combination of this, K2, and D-mannose has greatly improved my skin.

After taking this vitamin, my periods returned to normal over 4-5 months, during which I did experience back pain. However, after a month of taking it, I noticed the back pain had subsided, and for five days, I felt no discomfort. I believe this vitamin played a role in alleviating my pain, despite only taking it once a day as opposed to twice.

After a month of taking it, I noticed no more bone pain in my lower back or chest. We managed to go 5 days without any pain, which I attribute to this vitamin. I take it once a day instead of the recommended twice.
