They smell like hamster pellets but have positively affected my skin and hair. I have chronic digestive problems, but importantly, my chronic acne is nearly gone, and my hair loss has halted. While I previously took LE brand vitamin K2 to address tendinitis, I only recently tried their multivitamin. It’s proving more effective than various others I had tried. The combination of this, K2, and D-mannose has greatly improved my skin.

After taking this vitamin, my periods returned to normal over 4-5 months, during which I did experience back pain. However, after a month of taking it, I noticed the back pain had subsided, and for five days, I felt no discomfort. I believe this vitamin played a role in alleviating my pain, despite only taking it once a day as opposed to twice.

After taking this vitamin, my periods returned to normal over 4-5 months, although I experienced bone pain during the second and third days. After a month of taking it, I noticed no more bone pain in my lower back or chest. We managed to go 5 days without any pain, which I attribute to this vitamin. I take it once a day instead of the recommended twice.

Antioxidants for your 40s are a beneficial product for preventing various illnesses associated with that age. The packaging is excellent. I take two pills daily after meals. Initially, I took four and noticed a significant increase in alertness during the night. The pills are larger than usual capsules, but not difficult to swallow. I have seen considerable improvement in my chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms.

Brilliant! Unlike some multivitamins, these didn’t cause any nausea or stomach discomfort when taken with breakfast. They provide excellent value compared to similar products on the market. There is a slight medicinal aftertaste if swallowed slowly, and the smell isn’t the most pleasant.
