We set out to understand how zinc supplementation could affect vitamin D status and leptin levels in postmenopausal women. We explored the effectiveness of a modified bismuth quadruple therapy that includes zinc carnosine, in comparison to the traditional triple therapy for treating indigestion caused by Helicobacter pylori infection.
