Disappointed I did not read the ingredients before I ordered. These are getting tossed. You would think fish oil capsules would just have fish oil with a gelatin case. Why would you put artificial food die and caramel color in a capsule? You have ruined a healthy supplement with this garbage. Ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, water, Red 40, ethyl vanillin, mixed tocopherols, caramel color, Blue 1. CONTAINS SHELLFISH (KRILL) AND FISH (POLLOCK). Sucks I wasted over $20

Helps with joint pain and cholesterol

I started taking this mainly to help with joint pain, but a surprise side effect is it improved my blood cholesterol, raising my hdl and lowering the ldl to the point that my doctor was really impressed. I did nothing to change my diet, and no different supplements. I like that these are easy to swallow with no fish-burps like some other fish oils. A friend who has rheumatoid arthritis recommended this...he swears by it

Easy to take

My doctor suggested fish oil supplements for me. This Mega Red is so much easier to swallow than the large capsules I was getting. I have really severe arthritis so I can't attest to it's affect on joints, but there is no after taste or indigestion from this supplement. I have made the switch to Mega Red and will stay with it

Soothes arthritic fingers and joints

Excellent supplement

Hello, wife writing this review. After doing lab tests last year I found out that my triglyceride level was high, 288 to be exact. After that I've been using this supplement for more than a year and on an earlier, recheck my triglycerides are back within normal limits. This really does work and I won't be without it. It doesn't provide any pain relief as my arthritis is too much for this to handle. Health benefits excellent though. To me there really is no flavor to the capsules

Impressed!

First off, no weird taste or fish oil burps. It's a relatively big cap so if you have issues with swallowing, wouldn't recommend. My triglycerides were 198 and total cholesterol was 215 in May 2020 and a coworker suggested this product. I bought this in December and honestly was not taking religiously, maybe 3 or 4 times a week. No extra exercise or special diet, my labs this month were fantastic! Triglycerides down to 134 and total cholesterol down to 185! Still have some work to do but this helped tremendously!

Yuck. BIG gel pill with fish aftertaste

This is our old familiar krill with only fish oil added. They market it as it will cure your ills,! Fish oil stayed with me and I burped and tasted it for hours. I learned to take it just as I start dinner -- a big dinner. Their fish oil is obnoxious

Seem to be working well.

I don't have any complaints with this product. It doesn't stink like others which is nice and my joints have remained "happy" after switching to this brand. I got it on prime day so the price was quite reasonable. Hopefully it'll go on sale again because this stuff isn't cheap

Way too fishy

Wanted to try a different Krill Oil supplement but the MegaRed 4-1, is way too fishy for my taste. When you take the MegaRed you taste it when you take it, while it is going down & for a few minutes after - yuk! The smell is also awful
