Excellent! I am a vegetarian and find that B 16 Dime causes me allergies, but this yeast is very suitable and has no trace of allergies. I buy it periodically, and I have finally found a B vitamin supplement that works for me.

Yeast is rich in fibre, which may help alleviate certain digestive issues like diarrhoea and constipation. It's a great food option for individuals with celiac disease. Additionally, yeast has a low glycaemic index, contributing to diabetes resistance, and it contains chromium, an antioxidant that could offer benefits for diabetes management.

I truly love this product. I add it to salads as it enhances the flavour, making them taste somewhat cheesy. It also aids with joint pain. The B vitamins in this dietary supplement contribute positively to joint issues. I use a level tablespoon twice a day. I previously purchased it in powder form; there isn’t much difference. There are few flakes in this version, possibly due to transport damage, but if you wish to save money, the powder is a suitable option.

We explored the effectiveness of monacolin K, the key ingredient in red yeast rice, in lowering cholesterol levels. An analysis of 12 randomized controlled trials with 769 participants revealed that monacolin K significantly reduced LDL and total cholesterol levels across various doses.

However, some participants experienced side effects, indicating mixed results regarding safety. While lower doses, such as 3mg/day, showed promise, ongoing monitoring for potential side effects is recommended for all users. Overall, monacolin K can be beneficial, but caution is essential.

I initially weighed 80 kg and struggled with diets. However, I tried the keto diet and lost 10 kg in a month. To maintain health during the diet, I ordered vitamins, including this nutritional yeast. It's huge, crunchy in my salad, and I hope it aids my hair and supports vitamin B12 for overall good health, including heart disease.

Brewer's yeast contains chromium but lacks vitamin B-12. I've been using it to manage pelvic pain, replacing previous injections. Although it took time to notice any effects, I've found that my pain has diminished, and I've begun to feel more upbeat with improved stamina. I do recommend it!
