Indispensable. I took various antioxidants (astaxanthin, quercetin, turmeric, boswellia, grape seed extract, noni) in different combinations. The most potent effect for me turned out to be resveratrol with astaxanthin, and I also found it effective with cat's claw. This combination helped restore me quickly. Throughout the season, I haven't caught a cold, and it swiftly reduces inflammation—particularly beneficial for my joints. After a week, the swelling in my legs vanishes, and it normalises my blood pressure. Of course, reactions vary individually. Resveratrol has become my favourite antioxidant. I consistently take antioxidants for prevention, alternating them while ensuring I don't overdo it to avoid adverse effects. I tend to take higher doses in winter and every other day in summer for preventive measures.
