I always reach for Nature Made first because they were the first brand to send their product to a lab for independent testing of the contents. Because there is no regulation of the supplement industry, companies can put anything on the label and there are no checks and balances to be sure they contain what they say. Nature Made counteracts that by sending their product off to be sure it contains what they say, and in the correct amounts. This is important because vitamins A, D, E, and K don't flush from your body like the others and can build up in toxic levels. I know I'm safe taking these. I like the flavor and consistency of the gummies
