AMAZING!!

Approximately,10yrs.ago my Cholesterol was high,along w/all the other blood work that's done for Cholesterol.My Dr.chose to watch it for awhile.Just got worse.I was definitely bummed. My Dr.recommended trying,Red Yeast Rice before putting me on meds.(I always seem to get nasty side effects!)3 months later my blood work was repeated.I was taking 2 R.Y.R. by Nature's Bounty@bedtime.When my blood work came back all my tests were 100% perfect for my Cholesterol!!I couldn't believe in 3 months,w/only taking the R.Y.R.,I did not change my diet or anything else,that all my readings were perfect!!I have never had any type of side effect,just perfect CholesterolðŸ˜!I've continued to take Nature's Bounty Red Yeast Rice&10yrs.later I continue to have perfect Cholesterol!Have never had anything but perfect readings now.Nature's Bounty works&I am proof!The price w/Amazon Subscribe&Save is not expensive,I never run out w/my monthly order.Excellent quality,price&great results.I would&have recommended it to numerous others.Thanks Amazon!

but this is better than I expected”

Gave up Lipitor, in favor of these caplets. When I went to the Dr., he said, "See, I told you the Lipitor would lower your cholesterol, but this is better than I expected". To this I responded, "I stopped taking those meds months ago and only take Red Yeast Rice now." He had no response, except, "Oh!"

Red Yeast Rice Fans-This is Bulk Pricing

They have rated this capsule for "flavor" ha ha Hope nobody bites into one. I have been using this brand one cap a day after lunch for three years and even my doctor wants to know what it is. My blood fats are almost perfect and my A1C low even though I have a BMI of almost 31. Red Yeast Rice is the building block of statins and works like them but without any of the side effects in my experience. This jug of 250 lasts you more than 8 months and is worth every penny if it keeps your bad cholesterol down (my good cholesterol is above average also!) without the expense and bad side effects of prescriptions

Worked much better than Berberine-500

Worked much better than Berberine-500. I took 2 tablets once a day (at night after dinner meal) and one tablet of CoQ10 (100 mg) for two months. Here are my lab results. Note my HDL (good cholesterol) dropped three points, but according to my Doc, the 'after" profile is overall a much better one. Before / After Cholesterol: 229 / 193 Triglyceride: 176 / 103 HDL: 44.0 / 41.0 LDL: 150 / 131 VLDL: 35 / 21 Cholesterol/HDL: 5.20 / 4.7

Decreased my cholesterol

There's no flavor. My cholesterol was 225 when I started taking these and within a month or two my cholesterol went down to 208. Take CoQ10 at the same time to avoid muscle cramping

Far better than a prescription drug

Recommended by my physician over the obnoxious prescription statin's that flood the market. The statin side effects are NOT worth the gain, period! A RYR daily dose of 3 capsules took a few months but it dropped my Cholesterol from 210 to 142 at last check (and I DO NOT watch my diet as I probably should, I love pork and real butter. If there are any side effects I have not experienced a single one

Lifesaver- literally!

Hereditary high cholesterol runs in my family. And of course I have it. Paired with diet (more so watching what I'm eating) and exercise (more so adding in lifting weights or at least walking once a day for 30 mins) these helped reduce my cholesterol from 456 to 170 in 3 months! Start off with taking 2 pills a day - next month increase to 3- final month take 4 pills. Do not exceed more than 4 pills a day. There's really no flavor- but if I take with water I kinda of taste a little something but it's tolerable. MAKE SURE you Take CoQ10 at the same time to avoid muscle cramping. So happy I found this product and don't have to take harsh cholesterol meds

Red yeast rice for the win!

This stuff works amazingly well! My bad Cholesterol dropped to about a third of what it was before going on it, and the look on my doctors face when we went over my latest blood work results was priceless lol! Not only did my bad cholesterol go down, the triglycerides did too! I discovered this product after doing some online research on how to naturally lower bad cholesterol so I went ahead and ordered this to use in conjunction with my Lavaza (fish oil) prescription my doctor put me on after taking me off statins. Always better to go natural than with medications and in this case the natural route has definitely proven to be even more effective! I've been on the fish oil for a while now and as soon as I started taking the red yeast rice everything dropped so I know it was because of the red yeast rice. I also recently started taking 300 mg of co q10 with 5 mg of bioperine (to help with the absorption). The co q10, fish oil, and red yeast rice all go hand in hand together and their effectiveness was evident in my latest blood work results

It works!

My cholesterol levels were a bit too high about a year ago, so my doctor told me to try red yeast rice extract first before he put me on a prescription pill (which I appreciate). My local pharmacy at the time was out of the supplement so the pharmacist recommended I try this brand and order on Amazon. My follow-up labs showed my cholesterol levels had dropped to acceptable range on the next test a few months later! I continue to take the supplement daily and am getting next set of labs soon. Fingers crossed but everything holds steady, but I'm confident. Happy that at least so far I don't have to add one more prescription pill to my daily regime and can use a supplement. Obviously please CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR before trying any supplement, but would recommend
