We explored the effects of Silybum marianum fruit extract on acne treatment using a topical formulation over 48 weeks in a group of acne patients. The study identified microcomedones, which are early signs of future acne lesions, as a target for prevention.

Silymarin positively influences cholesterol
We conducted a triple-blinded randomized clinical trial with 40 type 2 diabetes patients to see how silymarin impacts cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Over 45 days, participants received either silymarin or a placebo.
Our findings showed that those taking silymarin experienced significant improvements. They had lower fasting blood sugar, reduced triglycerides, and improved levels of good HDL cholesterol.

I’ve been taking this in hope of alleviating my chronic fatigue syndrome. As a vegetarian, I avoid alcohol and tobacco, yet I noticed a significant change; my lip colour brightened after a few days of use. I'm optimistic about continuing with this product.

This product has helped my wife with liver disease more than any prescription drug. After her liver transplant, we struggled to manage high liver enzymes, but milk thistle significantly lowered them, surprising her transplant team.
