I take one in the morning and one at night, and if I feel a common cold coming on, I can take up to three tablets at once. It really works, but I wouldn’t take it on an empty stomach. Quick and effective. Update July 2021: it has now been THREE YEARS since I've been unwell. While I no longer take this regularly, at the first sign of feeling off, I take it immediately, and it clears up within a day or less. Update March 2020: I've continued with these and have remained cold and flu-free. A sinus infection hit me hard in July, and though I was on antibiotics, after taking two of these tablets, I felt much better the next day. Within two days, everything was gone. I'm a believer! I plan to take it daily to prevent fall and winter colds.

I no longer take this regularly; however, if I start to feel unwell, I will take it right away, and what was troubling me disappears within a day or less. Update January 2021: no colds, no flu, no anything. This stuff works. Update March 2020: I've continued to take these and have remained cold and flu-free since the original review. I ordered these, took two the first day, and felt much better the next day. Within two more days, everything was completely gone. I will now be taking a daily dose to combat colds before they can even happen.

The most effective vitamin I have ever taken! I wanted to try these vitamins for some time to provide a fair review. Since starting in January 2013, I can confidently say they're the best. In 2012, I suffered from frequent colds, flus, and bouts of bronchitis. My immune system was so weak that merely hearing of an illness would make me feel unwell. However, since taking Nature's Way SystemWell Ultimate Immunity, I have not been ill this year! Once, I felt under the weather after forgetting to take the vitamins, but after taking a higher dose and drinking herbal tea, I felt better by morning. The tablets are quite large, so I recommend using a pill cutter if necessary, but they are well worth trying!

Heartburn and GERD sufferers, beware! I recommend taking this supplement mid-meal as taking it after eating caused me intense heartburn. I started with an intensive dose, which included 160mg of cayenne pepper, and the burning sensation lasted a while. I continue to take it and will update my review if I notice effective results. Water alone isn't sufficient to ease the pain.
