The most effective vitamin I have ever taken! I wanted to try these vitamins for some time to provide a fair review. Since starting in January 2013, I can confidently say they're the best. In 2012, I suffered from frequent colds, flus, and bouts of bronchitis. My immune system was so weak that merely hearing of an illness would make me feel unwell. However, since taking Nature's Way SystemWell Ultimate Immunity, I have not been ill this year! Once, I felt under the weather after forgetting to take the vitamins, but after taking a higher dose and drinking herbal tea, I felt better by morning. The tablets are quite large, so I recommend using a pill cutter if necessary, but they are well worth trying!

System Well is a fantastic immunity booster! I’ve been taking it for a while now, and it works well for my entire family. I take one in the morning and one at night, and if I feel a common cold coming on, I can take up to three tablets at once. It really works, but I wouldn’t take it on an empty stomach. I definitely recommend purchasing this product!

Quick and effective. It's now been three years since I’ve been sick. While I don’t take this regularly, if I feel unwell, taking it clears things up within a day. I suffered a severe sinus infection this summer that was resistant to antibiotics, but after taking these, I felt much better within a day, and it was gone in two. I believe in this product! I plan to take a daily dose now to prevent colds.

The natural ingredients are excellent. I felt the warming effect of the cayenne immediately, and it alleviated my sore throat. While I have yet to use it long-term to evaluate its efficacy for more serious health concerns, I am pleased with the results so far. This was recommended to me as I tend to catch illnesses easily. Thus far, it has been effective, surprising me with its quality, and the capsule size is reasonable, making it very easy to take.

Wow... This is fantastic! I used to rely on antibiotics every three months for ear infections. Since I began using this product, I've been free from antibiotics for 10 months. My doctor inquired about my changes, and this was the only new addition to my vitamin routine. Whenever I felt an infection coming on, I would take three tablets morning and night. Quick and effective. Update July 2021: it has now been THREE YEARS since I have been sick. I no longer take this regularly; however, if I start to feel unwell, I will take it right away, and what was troubling me disappears within a day or less. Update January 2021: no colds, no flu, no anything. This stuff works. Update March 2020: I've continued to take these and have remained cold and flu-free since the original review. I ordered these, took two the first day, and felt much better the next day. Within two more days, everything was completely gone. I will now be taking a daily dose to combat colds before they can even happen.

While I no longer take this regularly, at the first sign of feeling off, I take it immediately, and it clears up within a day or less. Update March 2020: I've continued with these and have remained cold and flu-free. A sinus infection hit me hard in July, and though I was on antibiotics, after taking two of these tablets, I felt much better the next day. Within two days, everything was gone. I'm a believer! I plan to take it daily to prevent fall and winter colds.

Heartburn and GERD sufferers, beware! I recommend taking this supplement mid-meal as taking it after eating caused me intense heartburn. I started with an intensive dose, which included 160mg of cayenne pepper, and the burning sensation lasted a while. I continue to take it and will update my review if I notice effective results. Water alone isn't sufficient to ease the pain.
