I was already taking an excellent vitamin for older men, but I wasn't feeling the benefits. After just a few days of New Chapter I began to feel more energy. No digestion or stomach problems either. I finally found a vitamin, without loads of copper or iron.

I once read that 1 or 2 slices of whole wheat bread had a daily supply of copper. And that too much was bad. Same for iron, unless you are a young woman. I read that a woman's chance of heart attack mirrored mens, when she was through her child bearing years. It took me 2 or 3 decades to find such a multivitamin. Seems hard to believe

what u put in your body

if you can spend 5 bucks on a cup of coffee, why chinch on the health products. this in not the only brand i use, but i do use a lot of these, a few bucks more then the "cheap" stuff, but my body is my most important tool. i find the quality of these , high, and for a few pennies, i am assured of consistant quality. amazon is great..

OLD VITAMINS IN A NEW BOTTLE

I have been taking Old Chapter vitamins for several years and love it. However, this last jar that I received had age spots on each vitamin. I received it in Sept and did not open the jar until last month. It was stored in a cool pantry with our other vitamins. The expiration date is 03/23. I am on Subscribe and Save and have passed the date to return. I had been taking these old vitamins for about a month and just showed it to my wife today. She told me to stop taking those vitamins. They look old and defective! Can they still be returned and replaced at no charge to me

Placebo

I've been taking these vitamins every day since I purchased them on 1/20/21. It is now 3/9/21 and I don't feel any better or worse. I think I would've done just as well with a placebo. Or was this the placebo all along?
