Read More...I love this supplement! I am very fair skinned lady, and if I see sun I burn like a lobster. After using it for about a month, and I take 2x 25,000 IU's , I can finally see my skin color difference. Instead of being white like ghost I actually got nice yellow tint skin tone ( not orange, like a fake tan), but a nice healthy looking glow. It does take time, but you have to be patient and take them daily with your other supplements or by itself is fine too

But they do give your skin a nice yellowish warm undertone if you take them consistently for about 2-3 weeks. A tannish glow. I did notice that my concealer was about a shade or two lighter when I was using this more consistently, so it might have given me more color than I realized. But if you are wondering no it didn't turn me orange. :
Read More...I'm giving it three stars because it DID make me look more tan, however, my hair started falling out in chunks. I have a history of hair loss due to DevaCurl and had to shave my head last year for my scalp to recover, so idk if that means I'm more prone to hair loss now, but an excessive amount of Vitamin A can cause hair loss. So please be careful! I wish I didn't buy this lol, but again it may be something that's more or less unique to me due to my history
