omega-3 GOOD, omega-6 BAD
I should have made research on omega-6 instead of blindly believing the label. Omega-6 is inflammatory in nature. Omega-3 is anti-inflammatory; it is needed to offset the effect of omega-6. Today's Omega-3 to Omega-6 ratio is awfully high because of what we consume (corn-fed poultry and beef). In other words, omega-3 GOOD, omega-6 BAD. We need more of Omega-3 to offset the inflammations caused by omega-6. There is no need to supplement omega-6. Buy good ole Fish oil instead
