Bacillus coagulans shows promiseEfficacy and safety assessment of probiotic BCP92 for treatment of diarrhea.
We explored the effectiveness of BCP92, a probiotic strain, for treating diarrhea in animal models. By using a castor oil-induced diarrhea model in mice, we observed that BCP92 significantly reduced the frequency and onset of diarrhea, leading to less total fecal weight.
The safety of BCP92 was also assessed through acute and sub-acute toxicity studies with rats, showing no harmful side effects at high doses. Overall, our findings suggest that BCP92 is both effective and safe for potential human use in managing diarrhea.

It worked brilliantly! My almost three-year-old had diarrhoea for nearly two weeks. At my paediatrician's advice, we used generic probiotics without any improvement. After discovering this product, I read reviews and decided to try it. Remarkably, after just two days, my daughter felt better and stopped having diarrhoea. My four-year-old began experiencing loose stools, and once given these probiotics, she recovered by the following day.
