Lactobacillus rhamnosus shows promiseLactobacillus rhamnosus intake can prevent the development of Candidiasis.
This study examined how Lactobacillus rhamnosus could impact the development of yeast infections, specifically candidiasis. By using immunosuppressed mice, we created various groups to see if taking this probiotic before or during Candida exposure made a difference.
The results were promising: the group that took the probiotic 14 days beforehand showed significantly lower levels of Candida. We also noted reduced inflammation in tissues from these mice. While some cytokine levels were lower across the board, the differences weren't statistically significant. Overall, lactobacillus rhamnosus appears to be a potentially effective preventive measure against yeast infections.

I was plagued with yeast infections in my younger years. Since finding this product, everything has improved. I've spent a lot on medical consultations, and numerous experts emphasised "probiotics". I’m glad I researched and incorporated this into my routine, as I have not experienced any of my old issues since using RepHresh capsules.
